This historic gem is set for transformation through a collaborative process to determine its adaptive reuse. With its rich history and potential for multiuse facilities, the farmstead is poised to become a cornerstone of community recreation, arts and culture.

In this phase, the community will be informed about the park’s history, current site conditions and future use considerations, and opportunities to provide initial, high-level input on proposed adaptive reuse ideas.

One to three adaptive reuse concepts for the site will be presented, shaped by feedback from the Mayor and Council, and Phase 1 community meetings, along with consultant expertise. Each concept will include visuals, details and key opportunities and challenges for the community to review and share their input.
