WECA General Membership Meeting- West End Design Guidelines Information

The October General Meeting of the West End Citizens Association featured a presentation by the the City's Community Planning and Development Services Department, the West End Design Guidelines Committee, and the architectural consultants working directly on the project. At the meeting, staff provided information on the purpose of Design Guidelines and the process Rockville neighborhoods are using to develop them in collaboration with the city. Representatives from the West End Citizens Association provided an update on the project history and presented the results of the recent neighborhood survey. The first draft of Guidelines under development were presented, and attendees were informed on how to comment and provide feedback on the draft.
