Community Listening Sessions

The City of Rockville is developing a Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Strategic Plan to guide priorities, decision-making, and community engagement efforts over the next several years.

As part of this process, the city is gathering input from the broader Rockville community through a series of focus groups and listening sessions. These conversations will help the city better understand community experiences, identify areas of strength, and uncover opportunities to improve programs, services, and outcomes.

Focus groups and listening sessions will take place in April and May and will include a variety of stakeholder groups to ensure a wide range of perspectives are represented. Sessions will focus on specific topics including housing and economic development, faith based and community organizations, education and youth groups, business and civic organizations, senior services, the disabled community, the small business community, and more.
